Barrels and Bocce
We’ve created for you a wonderfully fun, and educational, day with our friends at Diamond Oaks Vineyards. You’ll do barrel tasting with winemaker Mark Fasi, have a picnic lunch and taste more Diamond Oaks wines, and for those interested (and hardy!) souls, we’ll play some bocce ball. All this in a beautiful hillside setting with stunning views of Napa Valley vineyards on all sides. Sound fun? We think so!
Here’s a quick itinerary:
10:30 a.m. - Depart Wine Country Inn via shuttle bus
11:00 a.m. - Barrel tasting with winemaker Mark Fasi
12:30 p.m. - Picnic lunch from Oakville Grocery
1:00 p.m. - Wine tasting and bocce
3:00 p.m. - Depart for Wine Country Inn
* Lunch includes a choice of gourmet sandwich, side salad, fresh fruit, olive garnish, and cookie.
