Paella Party
Join for a fun time meeting chef extraordinaire Gerard Nebesky, who specializes in making paella—the national rice dish of Spain. Described by one newspaper as “vibrant, authentic” paella, we’ll be treated to Gerard’s special Paella Mixta, which includes garbanzo beans, Pacific shellfish, whole shrimp in the shell, and, of course, saffron and smoked paprika.
Our friends from Markham Vineyards will be pouring selected wines to compliment the paella. Markham has a rich history, as it was one of the first Napa Valley wineries. You’ll learn about food-wine pairings, acidity and balance, and much more
And just in case the paella doesn’t completely fill you up, our own Chef Guy will be preparing a light lunch of salads, dips, and appetizers.
